      In the early 19th century, social and religious reforms were initiated in Muslim community under the leadership of people like Haji Shariatullah from Bengal and Sir Saiyad Ahmed Khan from Rai Bareily in Uttar Pradesh. They were motivated by the preachings of the religious leader Shah Walliullah of Delhi. They believed that the Britishers could establish their rule in our country as the Islam in India was becoming weaker and corrupted. They started 'Wahabi' movement in order to strengthen the Islamic religion and culture and also to make it purer. Many Muslims started acquiring English education due to the impact of the Wahabi Movement and the growing influence of the Western Culture. However, due to the orthodox nature of the Ulema, a large number of Muslims remained deprived of the English education, social awareness and reforms. That is why, the education of Muslims and the subsequent rise of the middle class was not satisfactory. Sir Saiyed Ahmed Khan was born in an aristocratic family. During the revolt of 1857, he was serving the East India Company as an employee and had remained loyal to the Company. After his retirement in 1869 C.E., he went to England and was influenced by the liberal ideas of the west. He advocated the idea of acquiring the English education as a mean to reform the Muslim community of its orthodox attitude and backwardness. He started a magazine namely 'Tahzib-Ul-Akhlaq' in 1870 C.E. He established the Aligarh Muslim College in 1875 C.E. which is known as the 'Aligarh Muslim University' today. He translated the books of English literature and science in Urdu language and tried to make the Muslims familiar with the branches of knowledge from the west. He opposed the veil system (burkha pratha) and child marriage and advocated education for girls and widow remarriage.

Farm and ranch managers may make assumptions that workers know how to do certain jobs, but those assumptions can be wrong. As a farm or ranch manager, you are responsible for ensuring that each worker understands how to safely complete the jobs he or she must do.Job instruction training (JIT) is a systematic, fast, and effective method for teaching your workers to do a job correctly and safely. This method of training workers through a simple breakdown of steps is easy to understand and complete. By providing such training for your workers, you could reduce the risk of an injury or death to a worker, prevent costly equipment repairs, or avoid lost work time.JIT PlanningWhen planning to conduct JIT, you must choose an effective trainer, identify an appropriate location and time for the training, and determine what information to convey to the workers. A JIT trainer should be familiar with all aspects of the job and should be a safe worker. Also, a good trainer is patient and has the desire and ability to teach the necessary skills. To enhance learning, provide the training in a realistic setting, using real tools and equipment. If you are training multiple groups, ensure that the training is the same for all workers. Provide ample time in the training for the trainer to present the information and for workers to demonstrate the job and ask questions. When possible, plan to hold training sessions during a slow time of the year at your farm or ranch to allow appropriate time for instruction and interaction. Use JIT to convey to workers any new information, techniques, or processes.Steps of the JIT MethodWhen conducting JIT, the trainer uses the following four steps:Preparation: Provide a positive learning atmosphere for the workers by putting them at ease, evaluating what they already know, and reiterating the importance of job safety. Treat the workers as peers. 
Presentation: List and demonstrate individually each step, stressing key points, while the workers observe. Provide an opportunity for the workers to interact by asking questions.Performance: Give the workers the opportunity to complete the steps of the process while they explain the key points. If workers cannot explain the key points, they have not internalized the instructions and explanations. They do not thoroughly understand the job and are likely to perform it incorrectly or unsafely. Repeat this step until the workers successfully explain and complete the task.Follow-up: Monitor the workers’ performances as they complete the steps, and correct their actions before they become habits. 1. QUALIFICATION:

2. AGE LIMIT:(As on the date of issuance of the advertisement i.e 02/09/2013):25 years of age for General category and 30 of age years for reserved category.Relaxation in upper age limit to P/H candidates & Ex Armed Force Personnel is 10 years, and 5 years for female Candidates in respective caste.
3. REMUNERATION:Fixed remuneration for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year would be Rs.6500/-, Rs.7250/- and 8000/- respectively per month. No other allowance or benefits would be admissible except coverage under Personal Accident Policy, Reimbursement of TA/DA at par category of Junior Assistant and 12 casual leave only.
